How much time does this require?
Plan for about 4-6 hours per month: 1 90-minute group call, 1 60-minute personal training call, plus time for the quarterly book and weekly videos. The in-person events are 1-2 days each, 3 times per year.
What if I can’t make a live session?
The 90-minute group calls are not recorded—this allows members to share openly without worrying about who might see it later. If you miss it, you miss it. However, all training sessions we provide for your team can be recorded and provided to you, so you’ll build a library of training content to use however you want. This can be a huge way to build training programs in your company.
Is this for owners only, or can I bring my team?
- Group calls are only for the individual leader in the Mastermind.
- Monthly trainings are for anyone you want to invite on your team.
- In-person events are for yourself and 1 other member of your team.
