Contributor Spotlight: Kyle Titsworth

Kyle owns and operates The Fireplace Showcase, a retail store that was started by his father. As such, he’s been around the industry his whole life, but he’s only been professionally focused on it for the last five years. During that time, he’s been the service coordinator, service manager, installation coordinator, estimator, and general manager of The Fireplace Showcase. He also recently joined the board of the NEHPBA, and he’s excited to contribute to that organization in the coming years.

When asked what advice he would offer to others in the industry, Kyle emphasized the importance of learning the technical details of fireplaces from the get-go. “I believe that starting entrenched in the technical side of the industry in the beginning led to my quick understanding of the product and ability to be an asset in any customer-facing division of the company,” he said.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys golfing, fishing, and hiking—though finding time for these activities isn’t always easy. “I’m a bit boring during the busier times of year,” he admitted. “The work is never done!”
